Medical equipment, and especially those classified as controlled technology, require special attention to comply with the requirements related to the sanitary regime, sanitary surveillance and the Sanitary Registry, in this case called a marketing permit.
Our firm has a group of biomedical engineers and health professionals with experience in the field who will be available to solve any concern, guaranteeing proper handling of the different requirements for importing, manufacturing and/or marketing in Colombia.
We also advise them in compliance with a specific quality system for the storage and conditioning of their products in accordance with Resolution 4002 of 2007. Consequently, our auditors offer in this case the possibility of preparing for the visit and subsequent obtaining of the Certificate of Conditions of Storage and Conditioning, necessary to obtain the Sanitary Registry.
