The registration in the sanitary registry is a mandatory procedure through which it is obtained, from the Health Authorities of Peru (DIGESA – DIGEMID-SENASA), this being, the authorization for the import and commercialization of a pharmaceutical product, a medical device, food, cosmetic, health product or similar, after evaluation of the technical information that supports its safety, efficacy and quality.
The holder of the sanitary registration is authorized to import, store, market and distribute these products in the national territory or export them abroad.
